Return Policy
Caffe Lusso Coffee Roasters stands by its products. If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. Therefore, if our product does not meet with your expectations, for any reason, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product, including shipping.

(Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5pm PST) or send us an email. Please do not return the item to us.
Shipping Policy
We roast our coffees daily and ship them within twenty-four hours from the time we receive your order. This is our way of ensuring that your coffee is as fresh as possible.
We also strive to ensure that shipping costs are as low as possible. We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS). All shipping charges are clearly listed during the store check-out process before you finalize your purchase. If you want to send a package overseas, please contact our Customer Service Office. However, all transactions are in U.S. currency only.
